Served as the owner's primary representative throughout the full Management Agreement lifecycle with Best Western International. Engagement began at the construction and interior fit-out phase — unusually early for an advisory mandate — guiding the investor to meet BW Signature Collection brand standards before a single room was operational.
Managed all communication between owner and operator across every department, conducted multiple brand audit cycles, and ensured compliance with international standards throughout the operational period. One of the few advisory engagements in Vietnam where involvement preceded the physical build.

TKCT's most comprehensive single engagement — covering the entire Franchise Agreement lifecycle with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. Began with initial operator identification and approach, led clause-by-clause FA negotiation through to signing, then managed all post-signing execution under live conditions.
When COVID disrupted timelines, negotiated and secured an extension of the opening deadline directly with Wyndham. When conflict subsequently emerged between Operator and Owner during live operations, TKCT stepped in as the resolution layer — managing the crisis to a structured outcome. Engagement concluded prior to Grand Opening.

End-to-end pre-opening operational setup for Tra Co Long Beach Luxury — the only 5-star beachfront resort in Mong Cai. Engagement began Q4 2020 with full SOP deployment across all departments. Managed trial runs and Tet 2021 events across the resort complex, then executed partial soft opening through mid-2021.
When Vietnam's second COVID wave hit (Q3–Q4 2021) and forced an operational hold, TKCT simultaneously advised Trung Chinh Corp on the Management Agreement negotiation and signing with Accor for the adjacent Grand Mercure Mong Cai project — delivering under two mandates in a disrupted environment.

Engaged post-Tet 2022 as Vietnam's hospitality sector began recovering from its most severe COVID disruption. At the time of engagement, Altara Suites Da Nang was operating at approximately 10% occupancy. TKCT built the quality audit framework from the ground up — no existing system to inherit — and simultaneously stabilized operations across both properties.
By mid-2022, occupancy had recovered to the 70–75% range. The engagement covered 149 suites in Da Nang and 156 units in Quy Nhon, run concurrently across two cities under one mandate.
