- Engaged when Altara Suites Da Nang was operating at minimal capacity — long-stay guests only, all services suspended and revenue severely contracted
- Executed a full operations rebuild: F&B relaunch, housekeeping standards, front office protocols, and team restructuring — targeting the 30/4 & 1/5 national holiday season as the first revenue milestone
- Completed full standard implementation and SOP rollout by June 2022; continued with standard refinement, audits, and compliance through Q3–Q4 2022
- Participated in the Alphanam–Marriott partnership process for Four Points by Sheraton Da Nang (Altara tower) and M Landmark with Courtyard by Marriott

Trong Dong Palace Tay Ho — New Luxury Event Venue · Hanoi
- Designed the full service and product framework for a new premium event venue in Tay Ho, Hanoi — covering weddings, MICE, corporate events, and private celebrations
- Developed the Dual-Mode operating model: Private Event mode (weddings, gala dinners, conferences) and Public Mode (F&B concepts, concerts, market fairs) to maximize year-round revenue
- Built three signature event concepts — Iconic (Quiet Luxury), Confetti (Romantic Garden), and Modern Traditional — each with distinct F&B menus, décor standards, and service protocols
- Structured modular wedding packages and a Micro-Luxe tier for VVIP private events under 100 guests; advised on organizational structure and staffing model
